Training sessions comprise of the following structure and steps:

 

1. Preparing the body for practice:

Softening and warming up the tissues and joints:

* Self-massage

* Gentle joint movement

 

2. Forming structure and nurturing space:

Aligning / balancing of the body's posture, and strengthening the body's foundations:

 

*The joints' arrangement

* Squat routine

* Balancing on one foot

* Slacklining

 

3. Improving the body's mechanics:

* Circular movement

* Wave movement

* Spiral movement

* Intuitive movement

 

4. Balancing the inner movement:

Breathing techniques:

* Basic breathing exercises (without holding the breath)

* Meditative running

* Advanced breathing exercises (in combination with breath holding)

* Specific postures and bandahs (muscular locks) that correlate with the breathing techniques

 

5. Calming the mind and balancing the emotional state:

* Meditative techniques

* Specific postures and breathing techniques that support meditation
